Bill Lister
Bill Lister has received the prestigious International President's Premier designation, one of the highest titles awarded by Coldwell Banker. Licensed since 1994, Bill's previous professional experience included several high profile sales positions in the local business community as well as assisting in a family-owned real estate and appraisal services company. Born on Long Island, NY and raised in Santa Clara County since childhood, Bill considers himself a native of the area and is dedicated to serving the needs of his clients and welcoming others to this beautiful community.Gary Wallace, J. Born in the United Kingdom and currently residing in the Los Gatos/Saratoga area with his wife and young daughter, Gary Wallace is a fully licensed California Real Estate Broker and holds a Juris Doctor degree in law. Gary’s favorite part of being a Realtor® is representing his clients’ interests in the negotiation phase of the transaction as it allows him to exercise his negotiation skills that have been developed over many years while working with both the business and legal communities.
